I provide graphic design services including, but not limited to, logo design, branding, packaging design, print and marketing materials, social media design, and other custom design solutions as presented on my website.
After discussing your needs, I will provide a proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and price. Work will begin once the proposal is approved and the initial payment (if applicable) is received.
Prices are provided in the project proposal and may vary depending on the scope and complexity. Payments are made in the agreed currency (USD, EUR, or MAD) via secure methods. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before starting.
Each project includes a specific number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be billed at an extra cost.
Final files will be delivered in the formats specified in the proposal (e.g. AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG). Files will be provided once the full payment has been received.
You agree to provide accurate information, clear instructions, and all necessary materials (texts, images, references, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.
Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the final design for your business purposes as agreed in the proposal. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The designs are licensed for use in your business, marketing, and promotional activities. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the design as your own work is not allowed.
You may not use the designs for illegal, offensive, or misleading purposes. You may not modify and resell the designs as standalone templates or claim authorship.
If you need to cancel a project, please notify me as soon as possible. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the work completed.
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services or the final designs.
I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
